I oversold myself on these boots. I saw them months ago on Steve Maddens website and become obsessed; I added them to my Christmas wishlist right away and kept my eye for any sales. SM finally had a big BF sale, but what do you know? These boots were sold out except size 5 and 11. So with my OCD tendencies, I had to find them. Luckily as soon as they completely sold out on SM, Zappos was carrying them!! I bought them right away. When they arrived (speedy shipping) I was slightly disappointed. The images on Zappos are definitely more reliable than SM. I thought they were going to be lighter than they are and have more structure than they do. SM also has this weird affinity for gluing pieces of the shoe fabric which, based on my past experience, doesn’t hold up well or for long. So hoping these last for the cost.
Overall, I decided to keep them. They’re very cute, very trendy, and I love a good thick soled shoe. They squeak a little on rubber flooring, but aren’t clunky sounding as with a wooden heel. Maybe I just need to learn to walk better.
They’re a good height for tucking in jeggings and they’d be super fashionable with leggings and a mini skirt.

These are cute and comfortable but I am disappointed because the box says size 10 and the shoe says it’s a Euro size 40. I am always a size 10 but they are waaay too small and evidently that’s the largest size.

These run only whole sizes. I am a 7-1/2 and ordered a 7 and it fit perfect. If in-between sizes then size down.

These boots are gorgeous and well made. I like a classy boot with a practical lugged bottom, for slippery winters. Unfortunately the toe box was way too tight for my foot, which is slightly wide. I need a more rounded toe.

Sharp looking boot, but if you are in between sizes, size down. I am a between a 5.5 and 6 and usually size up when shoes don’t come in half sizes, but the 6 was much too big and uncomfortable even with thick socks.

Very narrow toe box, but too wide in the heel. Shinier and more plastic-looking than the photos. The opening was wider than I expected.

They look great on my feet but need to break in. Also, despite the fact that my feet are on the narrower side, these boots still feel narrow.

Super cute shoes, they are slightly narrow though. Super squeaky soles and fit was my only issue, otherwise I really wanted to love them.

Really wanted to like this but my true to 6.5 size foot just would not fit! My heel couldn’t make it past the strange back section past the fabric which is super stiff and glued down. Returning 🙁

When my granddaughter tried them on after just opening them for a Christmas present, when she tried them on for the first time the back loop tore off.

I have a high instep and I could not even slide my foot in the boot. It had to go back. The boots looked beautiful though.
