Runs slightly big. Leather fades VERY quickly. I get these shined almost daily. Kind of a bummer for the price, but they look pretty cool. Won’t be buying more Steve Madden shoes.

Having had these shoes for about a month now I have to say they’re great. Very stylish, adequately comfortable, and apparently well built. I often wear them to work where they have received many compliments. My one real complaint would be that the rubber soles squeak. A lot. Walk over linoleum floors with these on and you will not go unnoticed.

I’ve had these for almost a year. I tried to wear them regularly but the material isn’t soft so I get blisters regularly on the tops of my feet. I will have to give these away after little use and buy a new pair of shoes.

I have many boots but these seem to be my goto boot. They go well with dark blue chinos/jeans and well as gray chinos/jeans… I was lucky to find a matching belt that give me that 100% look. I receive many compliments on the style/color and the fit is super comfortable. Like most leather shoes care is necessary.. a few scuffs have not been much of an issue.
I’ve had these boots for over a year now, and I’m thinking about buying a second pair just SM decides to discontinue this style/color combo. I think my original pair will give me another two/three years.
I haven’t had issues with squeaking on linoleum like the other review and my office floors are all linoleum…

Very comfortable shoes. Based on other reviews I purchased them half a size smaller. I’m usually a size 10, but ordered 9.5. This was perfect. They fit very well. Only small issue, the shoes looked a bit fancier based on the pictures. I guess those are polished. The ones I got are more of a matte color. I guess I can still use them for a more formal setting, I just need to shine them myself. Other than this they are great shoes, no complaints.

I am loving these shoes. They are my go-to pair for fall and spring, and I regularly walk several miles in them without any discomfort. I noticed today that the sole is coming off of one of the shoes, but I have had them for 4 and a half years at this point, so they lasted a while. I like them so much that I ordered a second pair of the same exact shoe. In the 4.5 years I’ve had them, I’ve never once polished them and they look perfect. Reading the other comments, it sounds like some people want them to shine all the time. But I prefer the more worn-leather look they’ve established and they look fantastic. The only complaint is that they run pretty big. I usually wear a 10.5 or 11, but I had to order a 10 for these shoes.
