Lightweight, soft leather, beautiful boot.
However: sizing was very off. Whole size smaller. Should not happen. When you buy online from a brand you know sizing and it is way off it is very disappointing. Unfortunately cannot return since it was shipped abroad and would be costly to return.

The sole and heel are plastic and look it. It’s shiny plastic. They look very cheap and are going back faster than you can say Walmart boots.

I was really disappointed with the quality considering the price. The style is spot on, but these are made of plastic materials and it shows. They look like cheap plastic wa1m4rt boots you. The heel looks like a block of plastic. Can’t send them back fast enough.

Zappos customer service refused to provide a non damaged one.
