I fluctuate between small and medium. For this, I ordered a medium. I like the dress, so I am keeping it, but two important things to know. The description says the straps are adjustable. They are NOT. They are sewn to the dress at both ends. Also, it would be nice if the liner had just a bit more room. The dress itself is roomy and flows, the liner is borderline, so go up in size if needed.
