I am a 9.5/10 and bought the 9.5 in these. These were true to size and width unlike some other mules I tried this season that were too wide. The color and feel were great, and they were a good quality for the money. They are trendy shoes, not investment pieces, so these fit the bill. I returned them because they don’t stay on and they flip-flop too much. The tongue that makes them really cute and feminine also makes them less sturdy. If I was working at a desk or office I would have kept them but I am a teacher and I am constantly walking and standing. If you have to walk during the day I don’t recommend these, but they are really cute looking to wear if you won’t walk much. Dinner and a movie, or a day at a desk!

Look exactly as pictured, purchased the last matching tote on Steve Madden website, and the pair are perfect. I wear them most often with distressed boyfriend jeans and a white tee, the snake print takes it next level without being too over the top! Comfortable for a pointy toe flat mule, very pleased with my purchase.

I usually wear a 5 1/2, ordered 6 to try bc no 5 1/2 available. Good choice with pointy toe. Glad to have a little extra room for toes. Heel comes right to end of shoe

This is not true to size. I am a 7. I listed to other reviews and ordered a 7.5 and it was too small. I’ve never worn an 8 in my life. Returned. The shoes are definitely cute though.

This shoe runs small. I usually wear a size 7 and ordered a 7.5 based on the reviews and it was still too small. I think I would have to order an 8 so I will be returning.

GO UP HALF A SIZE! I am a true size 8, but mules always run small for me. I bought 8.5 and they are just right. The shoes are super cute in the gray color and great for cooler fall weather. I wore them all day yesterday and did quite a bit of walking (work, and some errands after). I wouldn’t consider these a great walking shoe. They are good for walking around the office, but anything more (like a shopping trip to Target) will hurt your feet due to the pointed toe. I was honestly surprised at the discomfort, considering it’s just a flat shoe.
But overall, I still recommend these if you work a desk job and don’t plan on venturing out for a long walk.

I received so many compliments on these shoes! They were very comfortable and felt true to size. I do suggest using a foot ped (stocking that covers your toes) if your feet will be sweating as the shoe will rub your toes after a bit. Overall, I love them and may get them in other colors!

First of all, I have no comment on comfort or arch support. The review system makes me pick something and since I don’t plan to keep them, I cannot wear them long enough to have anything to report on those details.
I liked the style of the shoe. I usually wear a 8.5 which is what was purchased, and they seemed to fit just fine. That is as good as it gets.
Third, THESE ARE NOT LEATHER. I will include a photo of what it says inside but it is clearly labeled “PU UPPER”, which I take to mean “polyurethane”. I know some ppl want “vegan” stuff, but the description said these are leather. Quality-wise I thought these looked about the level of Payless Shoe Source at a price of maybe $23. But these cost almost $60! Fake leather for $60. That is not my idea of a good deal.
But additionally, the shoes did not even match. Put side by side on my feet, they looked like a mismatch bc one was was sewn so that a much darker section of fake snake skin was at the toe and along the side when compared with the other. For $60 I would expect a patterned pr of shoes to have a pattern match from one shoe to the other. These did not. For my dollar, this is really lousy quality control.
This is my second attempt to purchase SM snake flats. The first was a pair of loafers at another site, and then this pr of mules. I will send these Flavor Flat Mules back ASAP, as I did with the pair of SM fake snake skin loafers I bought last week. This puts me off of SM brand.

Nothing comes in wides, and mules typically look terrible on wide feet. These break all stereotypes. They are unbelievably comfortable and so cute. I bought two pairs.

These are cute. Easing going, matches most outfits. I am a true 8, but ended up getting a 1/2 bigger after reading some reviews. I’m glad I did. Yes, def take the advice and order 1/2 bigger than your normal shoe size.
