These are cute flats and the left shoe was just fine, even with my orthotic. The right one was a little tight across the bunion area, although I don ‘t have a bunion. So I thought that I would end up with pain in my right foot if I wore them all day. I am returning them. I also sent for Sofft Elsie and we will see if that shoe fits better.

Other Steve Madden silver shoes had reviews saying they were 1/2 size too small .. and my size was out or stock. So I opted to try a half size larger — but they were too large. Such a shame because they are so cute and comfy!!

Actually maybe 1/4 size too small is more accurate. I tried the silver in a 10 — gorgeous, but just too long, my foot kept sliding forward and back. So I tried the 9.5 in black — good length, but the toe area is painfully tight! AND I did not realize the black would be this mottled texture all over .. I wanted the smoother patent leather look. I can see there is maybe some texture in the pics, but some of them looked smooth! So I was shocked to find it was so textured. =( Maybe my pic will help? They are very shiny!

black patent looked a bit flimsy and was uncomfortable
