We offer two shipping methods to bring Steve Madden style to your doorstep:

• Free Shipping – Orders over $50: Complimentary shipping via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after processing. Perfect for building your complete Steve Madden wardrobe.

All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Steve Madden pieces on their journey to your wardrobe.

We’re proud to bring Steve Madden’s distinctive style to fashion lovers across the globe. While we ship to most international destinations, we’re currently unable to deliver to some remote areas and select regions in Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing and weather conditions. Some destinations may require additional delivery time. You can track your order in real-time using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. We want you to love your Steve Madden pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate apparel and worn footwear. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional business days.
